What could
you achieve?

Our Customer Success Consultants (CSCs) work with you and the rest of your dental team to help achieve your goals by identifying opportunities within your business metrics. Together, we find realistic, achievable targets across 15 Key Performance Indicators for you to work towards including: Private revenue, UDAs, Chair-time utilisation, Recall effectiveness and Workflow compliance. Your CSC will guide you through implementing best practice processes, all the while showing you how EXACT dental software can advance you towards top performance.

Whether a new or existing SOE customer, you will be assigned your very own CSC who will work closely with you for 12 months, through monthly 1-hour calls and ongoing support. It’s all included within your service fees; all we ask for is your time and energy as we work in partnership.
